Terms of Service
These terms govern use of IntelliSignup. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and only for lawful event, volunteer, schedule, and signup coordination activities.
Use of the service
You may use IntelliSignup to create and manage signup pages, collect participant responses, and coordinate events. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you publish and for the communications you send through the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
Organizer responsibilities
If you create signup pages, you are responsible for the content, timing, participant communications, and any commitments associated with those pages.
Google integration
If you connect Google Calendar, you authorize IntelliSignup to create or update calendar events associated with your signup activity. You may revoke that access through your Google account or by disconnecting the integration in the app when that option is available.
Acceptable use
- Do not use IntelliSignup for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.
- Do not upload or distribute content that infringes the rights of others.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the service.
Availability
IntelliSignup may change, suspend, or improve features over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntelliSignup is provided on an as-is basis and the site operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
