IntelliSignup provides signup and event coordination tools for organizers. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the limited situations where we connect with third-party services such as Google Calendar.
Information we collect
We collect the information you submit directly to IntelliSignup, including account details, signup event content, participant names, email addresses, notes, and scheduling details needed to operate the service.
How we use information
We use collected information to provide signup pages, manage organizer accounts, send confirmations and reminders, and support related coordination features inside the product.
Google Calendar data
If you choose to connect Google Calendar, IntelliSignup requests permission to create or update calendar events on your behalf. We store the OAuth tokens needed to maintain that connection and use them only to support the calendar sync features you enable.
Google user data received through Google APIs is not sold and is not used for advertising.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, or provide integrations you explicitly connect.
Retention and security
We retain account and signup data for as long as needed to operate IntelliSignup and maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect stored information.
Your choices
You may disconnect external integrations by removing or replacing the connected account in the app. You may also contact the site operator regarding account or data requests.
